In recent years, Schecter has revived their legendary Custom Shop division and it`s now producing some of the most beautiful hand-made electric guitars, as well as pickups. Blackjack SLS C-1 FR S is a very special model, for it ditches the Seymour Duncan pickups in favor of Schecter`s own. Custom Shop`s USA Apocalypse VI humbucker is in the bridge position and the Retrofit Sustainiac in the neck position. Master volume, master tone and intensity knobs are featured in the controls unit. Along with them, two mini switches and the series` standard 3-position blade selector complete the controls. Other than that, this is a regular Blackjack SLS model. It rocks a solid mahogany-made C-1 body with a flamed maple top (Transp Purple Burst), set maple neck, 24-fret eobny fingerboard, Floyd Rose 1000 bridge and Grover tuners.
