Apocalypse series is a completely new concept, a metal oriented series introduced just in time for the 2017 Winter NAMM. The initial lineup is made up of four models, three with six-string and one with seven-string construction. C-1 FR S Apocalypse is one of three six-stringed models. It comes with a solid, double-cut swamp ash body, clad in Rusty Grey (satin finish, black hardware). The neck is made of maple/bubinga combination; it is glued to the body and equipped with Schecter`s famous ultra access. 24-fret fingerboard on its top is made of ebony (XJ frets, 1.625" locking nut, compound 12"-16" radius). Major hardware and electronics features include 1500 series Floyd Rose bridge, Apocalypse humbucker in the bridge, Sustainiac in neck, Schecter tuners.
