SGR series is a pretty new thing in Schecter`s catalog. Its models are made and assembled in China and are envisioned as Schecter`s answer to the flood of suped-up beginner level guitars from other brands. C-1 FR SGR By Schecter is a solid, double-cut guitar with the classic C-1 body, six-string construction and minimalistic design. Carved-top body is made entirely of basswood and is paired with a bolt-on maple neck. C-shaped neck is topped with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard (dot inlays, 14" radius, 1.625" string nut). C-1 FR SGR is equipped with a pair of Schecter Diamond Plus pickups. These open-coil humbuckers come with a basic controls unit (one volume, one tone, three-way toggle switch). Licensed Floyd Rose bridge and Schecter tuners complete the specs list.
