C-1 Plus is a model from the C-1 series in Schecter Guitars catalog. It features the standard specs list with extra high quality top wood. Body of this model is solid, double-cut and made of mahogany back with flamed maple top. Top is carved in traditional Schecter fashion and bound in elegant binding. C-1 Plus is made primarily for hard rock, rock and heavy metal styles. It can withstand some harsh thrash and death metal, but it`s primary orientation is towards the classic heavy metal and hard rock. Active humbuckers installed on the top give full-throated and strong tone with amazing sustain. Behind them, Schecter installs a tune-o-matic bridge with string-through construction. Set-in mahogany neck is topped with a 24-fret ebony fingerboard.
