Synyster Gates signature series is the biggest and the most popular one Schecter has at the moment. Also, it is one of the longest running signature series, with collaboration between Schecter and Syn going basically back to the early days of Avenged Sevenfold. 2018 Schecter catalog offers a trio of new (or rather refreshed) models, with Synyster Custom-S (2018) being one. Being both a beauty and a beast, Custom-S delivers dazzling looks, as well as a monster punch. Main features include a solid and flat mahogany body, set-in mahogany neck (3-piece, ultra thin C profile), a 24-fret ebony fingerboard (25.5" scale, Synyster`s custom inlays, XJ fretware, 1.625" locking nut), Floyd Rose bridge (1500 series model, gold-plated), Schecter Synyster Gates signature pickups, and Grover Rotomatic tuners.
