Classic is a brand new (2017) line of Boden guitars. The Classic extends the lineup with three new models, a six-stringer, a seven-stringer, and an eight-stringer. All three were envisioned as a shout out to the most legendary double-cut in existence - the one and only Stratocaster. Boden Classic 8 starts off with a regular Boden body, bolt-on neck, Strandberg hardware, and also Strandberg electronics. Like the other two Classics, the eight-string behemoth can be ordered in White, Sonic Blue, and Black. main construction features include a chambered alder body (vintage pickguard on top), maple/carbon fiber neck (Endurneck profile), and a rosewood fingerboard (24 fanned frets, compound scale, offset dot inlays). Other notable features include a fixed Strandberg bridge (w/tuners) and OEM pickups (also Strandberg).
