Marilyn is one of the most extreme designs featured in the Vigier Catalog. French manufacturer launched this series to compete with the likes of Ibanez, B.C Rich, Jackson and the others. Marilyn comes with a solid, double cutaway body made of alder. There are no top woods, bindings or pickguards featured on this body. Bridge section features a hardtail bridge with chrome plating. In the pickups department There are two passive humbuckers. They are controlled through a simple and effective setup of master volume, master tone and three-way toggle switch. The neck on this model is made of maple and it features a D contour. Phenowood fingerboard is equipped with 24 (Vigier markets this guitar as 23-1/2 fret model) medium frets, side dot inlays and 1.65" teflon string nut.
