Unlike the majority of the electric guitar series in Washburn catalog, which are oriented towards rock and metal styles, Hollow body segment and it`s belonging series are focused on jazz and fusion players. HB series models follow the standards set by vintage Gibson and Epiphone hollow and semi-hollow guitars. Thus, the HB 35 comes with a big, hollow body with traditional double-cut design. It`s completely hollow, contoured on both the top and in the back and carved with two "f" holes. Wine Red and Natural color schemes are both finished in gloss. Body of this model is made of maple back and sides and flamed maple top. Standard tune-o-matic/stoptail bridge unit is fronted by two active humbuckers. Neck is set in and made of maple. 22-fret fingerboard is made of bound rosewood.
