PXL20 is the top model in the PXL series of Parallaxe Guitars catalog. This series only has two models, PXL20 and PXL10. Both are single-cut guitars and compete in the upper middle class of metal guitar market. PXL is one of three series in the catalog and is the only one that deals with single-cut guitars. Models contained in it are based on Washburn`s Idol series guitars, as the Parallaxe Guitars is a newly established sub-brand of Washburn. It will be officially unveiled at this year`s Musikmesse in Frankfurt, Germany. PXL20, among the other twelve models of the Parallaxe catalog will be launched there. It is a solid-bodied guitar made completely of mahogany. Carved-top body is available in black and white. Both colors are finished in gloss and matched with black hardware. Bridge section on this model is a classic two-piece, made up of tune-o-matic bridge in the front and stoptail bar in the back. In it`s front, Parallaxe installs a pair of Seymour Duncan humbuckers. JB is in the bridge and '59 in the neck position. Set in mahogany neck is topped with a 24-fret ebony fingerboard. Buzz Feiten tuning system, custom 12th fret inlay, Grover locking tuners and 24-3/4" scale complete the specs list.
