Red Rocker Red
When great David Lee Roth left the Van Halen, situation seemed hopeless, as no one seemed brave enough to even attempt to fill David`s shoes. One brave lad stepped up and instead of trying to be a substitute for an ex frontman, created a new band on the ashes of the old one. His name is Sammy Hagar and during his time in the band, Van Halen was often called Van Hagar. His signature model is made by Yamaha and it features a Les Paul-like body with carved top and set in neck joint. Mahogany is in the back and quilted maple on top. Tune-o-matic bridge and the vintage tailpiece are fronted by a pair of open-coil humbuckers. Set in mahogany neck is topped with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.
