AS-691B FL is a fretless variant of the AS-691B and these two share a vast majority of specs. This one also has a composite rim instead of the body sides and body back and sound board are absent from the specs list. This is an ultra modern concept of bass guitar made only by few more companies in the world. This highly advanced four-stringer has a mahogany block in the center and it serves as the body. It has electronics controls and tuning machines installed on it. Tradition is almost completely discarded as this model has no binding, pickguard or even sound hole rosette. Bridge is made of rosewood and strings run through the body. Neck is made of maple and it`s topped with a 24-fret fingerboard made of rosewood.
