Kingman line of instruments in Fender`s catalog extends into both the acoustic guitar and bass segments. Though much more known for it`s six-stringers, Kingman line proudly presents it`s affordable four-stringed basses. Kingman Bass SCE model comes with a series standard dreadnought body with single-cut construction and vintage design. Body is made of laminated mahogany on the back and sides and solid spruce on top. Sound board is bound in several layers of elegant binding and topped with a single-ply plastic pickguard. Rosewood bridge with synthetic bone saddle also has a piezo pickup. Preamp with all of the controls and the tuner is mounted onto the side, facing the player. Mahogany neck is attached at 15th fret and has a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard on top.
