FYM75 is a member of the Alvarez-Yairi Masterworks series. Masterworks line is the top one of three currently available steel-string series in the exclusive Yairi range. Masterworks models are, together with Stage and Standard models, made by hand in Japan. Needless to say, they`re all on the boutique level and are primarily made for professional players. FYM75 is a non-cutaway folk guitar with an all-solid body (East Indian rosewood back/sides, AA-grade western red cedar top, abalone rosette), a one-piece mahogany neck (semi-gloss finish, 14th fret dovetail joint), 20-fret fingerboard made of ebony (12th fret inlay, 25-1/2" scale, 1-23/32" bone nut), gold-plated Gotoh tuners, two-piece ebony bridge, and hand-carved FST2 bracing. The MSRP is set at $2,999.
