Dreadnought ECDG-2N is a model from the Golden Series in Boulder Creek catalog. It features modern construction and tone. Body of this model is made of rosewood and spruce. Rosewood is used for the back and sides, while the spruce is on the top. Single-cut body is equipped with a dovetail joint for the neck. This is where Boulder Creek`s Golden series models part their ways with traditional construction. They have two sound holes and both are offset. Small one is on the sound board, while the main one is installed on the side, next to the preamp. AB4-T Balanced Preamp System is in charge of the amplification. Neck is attached to the body at the 14th fret and it`s topped with a 20-fret fingerboard.
