Cort`s MR series is a bright example of how a low-cost guitar can look and sound classy. Vintage styling meets the contemporary build technology, yielding a high-quality classic tone and modern playability. MR710F-MD is a brand new 2016 addition to the MR series roster. It starts off with a single-cut dreadnought body and glued-in neck with a 14th fret dovetail joint. Back and sides of the body are made of Madagascar rosewood (a cheaper, but equally good looking distant cousin of the revered Brazilian rosewood) and the top`s solid spruce. The neck is topped with a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard with a 1-11/16" nut. Fishman`s Presys EQ/Sonicore pickup duo takes care of the amplification duties, giving the player a vast array of possibilities. Fixed rosewood bridge and gold-plated die-cast tuners complete the specs list.
