Cordoba D11
Acero Series Acoustic-Electric Guitars by Cordoba
Acero Series Acoustic-Electric Guitars by Cordoba
With the Acero line, Cordoba is testing the hybrid steel-string/classical grounds. All of the Acero models come with either a dreadnought or grand auditorium body, and with steel strings. They also feature several hybrid, as well as several purely classical appointments.
D11 is the most expensive fully acoustic model on the roster. It offers a non-cutaway dreadnought body, 14th fret Spanish heel neck joint (instead of the standard dovetail), 1.8" string nut (wider than steel-string standard, narrower than classical standard), and understated elegant styling, characteristic of the entire Acero range. Main construction features include solid rosewood back & sides, solid Engelmann spruce top, mahogany neck, and 20-fret ebony fingerboard.
D11 also has hybrid fan/x-bracing (made of spruce), solid rosewood bridge, and gold-plated Grover tuners.
