The Classic Series is one of the most popular lines of Cort`s acoustic range. It offers a wide variety of both fully acoustic and amplified nylon-stringers, with the majority of models competing in lower intermediate and intermediate classes. CEC1 is one of the amplified models; it is also a modern nylon-stringer made for contemporary players who are accustomed to the size and feel of a steel-string neck. The main features include a single-cut body (mahogany back/sides, cedar top, black binding, classical rosette), mahogany neck (classical contour, 12th fret dovetail neck joint), 20-fret rosewood fingerboard (25-3/10" scale, 1-3/4" nut, side dot inlays), rosewood bridge (scooped contour, one-piece saddle), Cort electronics (ceramic pickup, CE304T preamp), advanced fan bracing, and classical tuners.
