AXS series offers full length scales (25-1/2") and deep body contours. Also, the AXS models feature the traditional design and construction. AXS Dreadnought is the basic dreadnought of the series. It comes with a stripped down design and only the basic, most necessary features. In turn, it offers a big, warm tone with focused mids. Combine that with good playability and a price tag of only $179, and you`ve got yourself a pretty decent beginner guitar. Two variants are available, Mahogany and Tobacco Sunburst. While the Mahogany version features all-mahogany body, Tobacco Sunburst comes with a spruce sound board. Both, however, feature black chrome hardware and two-ply black/white binding around the top. Mahogany neck with C profile is there on both options, as is the 20-fret rosewood fingerboard.
