Malibu CE is an acoustic-electric model from Fender`s California series. This series contains a wide variety of acoustic and acoustic-electric guitars. Malibu CE is a folk-shaped guitar with single cutaway design. It`s back and sides are made of laminated mahogany and the top is made of spruce. This Malibu is available in natural color with high gloss finish. Also, the top panel is equipped with a modern pickguard and double circle rosette around the sound hole. Bridge on this model is made of rosewood and it comes with a compensated saddle. In the electronics area, Fender installs FTE-3TN preamp. Neck is made of mahogany and it sports a C contour. It is topped with rosewood fingerboard which features 20 frets, dot position inlays and 1.62" wide synthetic bone nut.
