Rounded Shoulder Series is Gibson`s take on the dreadnought shaped guitars and J-45 Legend is one such model. It starts off with a non-cutaway body with rounded shoulders. It`s body consists of solid spruce top and mahogany back and sides. This model comes in vintage sunburst color with glossy finish and multi-ply creme binding. The bridge is made of rosewood with black pins. The neck on Gibson J-45 Legend is made of mahogany with V shaped contour and a dovetail joint positioned at the 14th fret. Fingerboard is made of rosewood and sports 19 frets, white dot position inlays and 1.72" wide corian nut. Other features on this model include: chrome hardware, teardrop shaped pickguard and Kluson tuning machines. The MSRP is set at $9,081.
