PBS8 comes with eight, instead of standard six strings and it is colored in Antique Brown Mahogany color with high gloss finish. This resonator is situated within the Goldtone catalog and it comes with a standard non-cutaway resonator shaped body. It`s back and side panels are made of mahogany and are matched with also a mahogany-made top panel. Top is bound in white binding and equipped with a resonator cone. This resonator is, as is on all resonator guitars, made of metal. It sports an integrated bridge on it`s top. The bridge is combined with a trapezoid tailpiece, also mounted on the cone. Neck on this model is made of mahogany and it comes with U shaped contour. Fingerboard is made of rosewood and it comes with 19 frets with dot inlays.
