G5TECE is a new model from Ibanez Classical Series which is placed within the acoustic department of the catalog. The models are all classically shaped with either non-cutaway or cutaway construction. the series also features acoustic and acoustic-electric variants. G5TECE is a new model introduced for the NAMM 2012 Show in Anaheim, Ca. It starts off with a cutaway classical body made of spruce top and mahogany back and sides. It is available only in natural gloss finish with natural binding. Classically shaped bridge features white plastic saddle. This flat top also features a classical rosette. Ibanez under-saddle pickup and Ibanez AEQ210T preamp comprise the electronics department. Dovetail connected neck has a rosewood fingerboard with 21 frets and no inlays. The MSRP for this thin contoured model is set at $230.
