PF15ECEWC is a brand new model introduced into the PF series of acoustic and acoustic-electric guitars. This series is known for it`s difficult task of bringing together professional performance values along with affordable prices. Despite it being a tough task, PF series and Ibanez seem to have no problems with delivering the goods. These guitars do sound professional and are affordable. PF15ECEWC is a single-cut dreadnought guitar with acoustic-electric construction. It is one of three acoustic-electrics introduced into the series at the NAMM 2013. Body of this dreadnought-shaped guitar is made of mahogany back and sides with spruce sound board on top. It is a full-sized dread with deep contour and dovetail joint. Bridge section is a standard one, as it features a belly-contoured bridge made of rosewood. Electronics are completely made by Ibanez and include an under-saddle pickup in combination with a side-mounted preamp. Neck on this model is made of mahogany and it sports a standard contour in the back. Rosewood fingerboard has 20 frets with dot inlays.
