Martin 000CX1 Acoustic Electric is placed within the X series which offers affordable and quality instruments to players unable to buy a standard or custom series Martin guitars. 000CX1 Acoustic Electric has a grand auditorium cutaway body made of spruce top and laminated mahogany. It comes in natural color with glossy finish and black binding around the top. The bridge is made of black micarta with belly shape and white pins. The amplification is done through Sonicore pickup and Fishman Classic preamp with on-board controls placed at the side of the guitar. The neck on this model is made of rust stratabond and features an oval contour and a mortise and tenon joint. Black micarta fingerboard has 20 standard sized frets, no position inlays, 1.6875" corian nut and 16" radius.
