One such is X Series with models made of high pressure laminated woods. DX1AE is a non-cutaway dreadnought model with a body made of spruce top and laminated mahogany back and sides. It is available in natural gloss with teardrop shaped pickguard. The neck is made of rust stratabond and has an oval contour with a mortise and tenon joint placed at 14th fret. The fingerboard on DX1AE is made of black richlite and has 20 frets, no inlays, 1.6875" wide corian nut and 16" radius. The bridge on this model is made of black richlite to match the fingerboard material. The list price is set at $719.
