It is sort of a tradition for certain brands to offer an acoustic model without a cutaway and it`s acoustic-electric counterpart equipped with one. Michael Kelly models are no exception. At least, it goes for Nostalgia 50 model. Nostalgia 50 SCE comes with Fishman Presys system of amplification and single cutaway body construction. It is available only in natural color with gloss finish, the same as it`s acoustic counterpart. It`s back and side panels are made of rosewood, while the top is made of spruce. Bridge section on Nostalgia 50 SCE features belly construction and it is made of ebony. Neck on this model is made of mahogany and it features a dovetail joint. Fingerboard is made of rosewood and it comes with 20 dot-marked frets.
