PD-50 is the basic model in Peerless dreadnought series. This series is contained within the acoustic section of the catalog and it brings ten versatile and high quality instruments. PD-50 kicks off with a non-cutaway dreadnought body made of laminated rosewood back and sides and solid spruce top. The top on this model is flat, bound in several layers of black and white binding and equipped with a tortoise pickguard. Fishman Classic 4T preamp with under-saddle pickup takes care of the amplification duties. The neck on this model is made of mahogany and it is attached to the body at the standard 14th fret. Fingerboard is made of rosewood and it comes with 20 frets, acrylic dot position inlays and 1.69" wide string nut. Chrome hardware and gloss finish wrap the specs list.
