Vampyre Red Burst Satin
Orleans series is a brand new line of acoustic-electric guitars, introduced by Schecter Guitar Research at 2016 summer NAMM. Thus far, the series contains only two models, one Studio and one Stage model. The two have pretty different specs lists, for they`re addressing two different groups of musicians. Studio is made for players who need a reliable instrument, unburdened by flashy looks. On the other side, Stage is made for performing artists who need their instrument to make a statement as well. Some of the common features include 25-1/2" scale, Fishman electronics, 20-fret fingerboards and black chrome hardware.
Orleans Stage kicks off with a red-clad flat-top body, made with a classy Florentine cutaway and set-in neck joint. The name of the color scheme is Vampyre Red Burst Satin, and it comes with abundant abalone decorations and black chrome hardware. Back and sides of the body are made of flamed maple, while the top is solid spruce. The neck is made of mahogany, as well. It features thin C profile in the back and 20-fret rosewood fingerboard on top (medium frets, dot inlays, 1.69" bone nut, 16" radius). Fishman`s Sonicore piezo pickup and Isys+EQ preamp make up the electronics unit. Other major features include rosewood bridge and Grover Rotomatic tuners.
