Robert Smith and Schecter have come up with a pair of dreadnoughts for 2017. They will be the acoustic section of the three-piece reinforcement of Robert`s signature line. RS-1000 dreadnoughts are named Busker Acoustic (this one) and Stage Acoustic. Both are clad in black and marked with a huge five-pointed star right behind the bridge.
Robert Smith Busker Acoustic is a fully acoustic dread, with non-cutaway design, 14th fret neck joint construction and customized inlays. The base of this model is made up of mahogany back and sides, solid spruce sound board (white binding, abalone rosette), mahogany neck (thin C profile) and 21-fret rosewood fingerboard (25-1/2" scale, medium frets, custom Stars & Moon inlays).
Major hardware appointments include a fixed rosewood bridge and Grover tuners.
