The Artist series is among the finest lines of acoustic guitars Seagull has to offer. The current lineup is made of seven models, both acoustic and acoustic-electric. All of them are hand-made in Canada, by a select team of highly skilled luthiers. Artist Cameo CW Element is one of five dreadnought-shaped options Artist series offers at the moment. The main features include a single-cut body (flame maple back & sides, solid spruce top, creme binding, elegant rosette), 14th fret dovetail joint, LR Baggs electronics, and premium hardware. The color palette is restricted to Natural (w/high gloss finish, gold-plated hardware). Other important features include a solid mahogany neck, 21-fret fingerboard (unspecified material, 21 frets, custom Seagull inlay at the 12th fret, 25.5" scale), fixed acoustic bridge (unspecified material), and die-cast tuners.
