Taylor Guitars are mostly known for the top-notch quality of their instruments, whether they are acoustic, acoustic-electric or electric. Also, one of the main traits of Taylor Guitars is the innovation. For their 45th anniversary, Taylor issued a line of acoustic-electric guitars named armrest. These guitars have padded armrest where strumming arm contacts with the body of the guitar. One of them is Armrest GS-C and it is a grand symphony model with cutaway. Taylor`s own electronics system is installed within the body cavity. Body is made of cocobolo back and sides and spruce top. Ebony binding, elegant rosette and gold-plated hardware decorate this beautiful guitar. Neck is made of mahogany and it is topped with an ebony-made fingerboard. Bridge is also made of ebony.
