Washburn`s WD Series offer many models made of a wide variety of materials with special care paid to the affordability. The WD 35S is a non-cutaway dreadnought model made of spruce top and tamo ash back and sides. The WD 35S available in natural satin finish with abalone and maple top binding. The neck on this model is made of mahogany with a dovetail joint featured at the 14th fret. Rosewood fingerboard is equipped with 20 frets, white dot inlays and a synthetic bone nut. The bridge on this model is made of rosewood with a belly shape and synthetic bone saddle. This model features no electronics whatsoever and thus represents the more affordable model of the Deluxe Tamo Ash Series with a list price of $712.90.
