It is the home to a range of acoustic and acoustic-electric guitars (amplified ones have the FGX designation) with dreadnought bodies (dubbed "The Traditional Western Body Style" by Yamaha), vintage styling, and modern construction (priarily, Yamaha`s F models have modern scalloped bracing).
