Maple series is one of the most luxurious lines in the Atkin catalog and it features eight guitars with some of the finest materials Atkin has access to. Indian rosewood and mahogany from previous models are substituted with top quality maple. All of the models remain fully acoustic and there`s a total of eight of them. Maple Series OM is a full-sized 25-2/5" scale steel-stringer with body made of flamed maple back and sides and Sitka spruce sound board on the top. Prewar scalloped bracing is featured underneath the sound board and it largely contributes to the vintage-styled tone of this model. Neck is made of maple and it has a standard back contour with glossy finish. Bridge and 20-fret fingerboard are made of ebony.
