The Fourty Three Acoustic Guitars by Atkin Guitars
Atkin`s Fourty Three is a replica of Gibson`s J-45 model from 1943. This stunning guitar features historically accurate specs and top notch materials. It comes with a non-cutaway slope shoulder body made of mahogany back and sides with Sitka spruce sound board on top. Underneath the top, Atkin installs prewar bracing, which helps to achieve the original tone of the 1943 J-45. On the outside, Fourty Three looks like it`s been played over the course of many years, there are scratches, dents and hardware looks aged. Ivoroid binding, tortoise shell pickguard and single circle rosette decorate the top panel. Kluson tuners on the headstock feature nickel plating. Neck is made of mahogany and it comes with a 14th fret dovetail joint. Bridge and fingerboard are made of rosewood.
