Americana is one of six currently active series in Avalon Guitars` catalog. It is focused on acoustic steel-stringers, inspired by the legendary models from the golden age of acoustics. Currently there are three models in the lineup, one auditorium, one dreadnought and one small body model. Americana S320A is the small-bodied part of Americana trio. It comes with a flat, non-cutaway body made of east Indian rosewood (back and sides) and spruce (soundboard). The neck is made of mahogany (series` standard feature) and is topped with a 20-fret ebony fingerboard with dot inlays. In the front, the neck is equipped with a retro headstock with classical tuning pegs instead of modern die-cast tuners featured on other two models. S320A starts at $5,850 and waiting time is estimated at 6-8 weeks.
