American C25/CRe Herringbone is a model associated with the american series of steel stringed acoustics made by Breedlove. These guitars entirely produced in Bend, a town in Oregon which is also the hometown or the brand. American series guitars cost around $2,500, but the immense amount of quality they deliver for the money puts them in bargain category. C25/CRe Herringbone comes with a single cutaway body with dovetail neck joint construction. Natural color with gloss finish is the only option. Body of this guitar is made of rosewood back and sides with cedar sound board. This one is an alternative to the sapele/spruce models which dominate the series. Bridge is made of ebony and sports a modern Breedlove contour. Slim sapele neck is topped with a 20-fret ebony fingerboard.
