Fender CD-60S All Mahogany
Classic Design Acoustic Guitars by Fender
Classic Design Acoustic Guitars by Fender
Classic Design series currently sports three body shapes - dreadnought, concert, and parlor. Dreadnought models, like this one, have CD mark at the beginning of their names (CC is for concerts, CP for parlors). After that come cutaway, electronics and other, miscellaneous designations (such as alternative materials, string count, etc).
CD50S All mahogany is among the most affordable dreadnought models in Classic Design series` lineup. It rocks a non-cutaway body, standard neck (attached at 14th fret), and chrome hardware. Natural is the only available color option. Core construction features include laminated mahogany back & sides, solid mahogany top (two-piece top, tortoise shell pickguard), mahogany neck ("Easy-to-Play" contour), and rosewood fingerboard (vintage frets, 1.69" nut).
Rosewood bridge, scalloped X bracing, and die-cast tuners (Fender), complete the specs list.
