Hohner DR500
500 Series Acoustic Guitars by Hohner
500 Series Acoustic Guitars by Hohner
500 series features only dreadnought guitars, both acoustic and acoustic-electric. They are divided by the body woods installed onto them. DL-labeled models have bodies made entirely of lacewood, DK stands for koa and PR signifies the rosewood-spruce combo. Rosewood is used for the backs and sides, while the top is made of spruce. This model is available in natural color with glossy finish. Despite the fact that it has only one color option, DR500 is a very attractive guitar, especially with it`s exclusive bindings and chrome-plated Grover tuners installed on the headstock. Bridge section is equipped with a standard shaped rosewood bridge. Neck on DR500 is made of a single piece of mahogany and it is topped with a rosewood fingerboard. It features 20 frets with abalone inlays.
