Luna`s Americana Series models are inspired by traditional acoustic instruments from the golden age of acoustics. Drawing heavily on American tradition and classic design, Americana models offer vintage looks and vintage tone. For 2012, the series was updated with five brand new models, and AMF 100 is an acoustic-electric folk guitar with a cutaway. The body is made of rosewood back and sides and solid spruce on the top. Multi-ply wood binding is paired with triple circle rosette. The tortoise pickguard is shaped to follow the waist line of the guitar. AMF 100 is available in only one color, natural with gloss finish. The bridge on this model is made of ebony and features white string pins with white plastic saddle and belly shape. In the electronics department, there is a B-band electret pickup with a side-mounted control panel. The panel has a three-band equalizer, volume knob, phase switch and tuner. The neck is made of mahogany and is connected to the body via the dovetail joint at the 14th fret. The fingerboard is made of ebony and features 20 frets with moon phase inlays. 25-1/2" scale, 1.6252" string nut and chrome plated hardware complete the specs.
