Authentic series of acoustic guitars made by Martin Guitars is a luxurious one and it`s completely oriented towards the recreation of the vibe, looks and tone prewar acoustics had. 000-18 Authentic 1937 is a non-cutaway 000 guitar with fully acoustic construction. It`s body is made of solid tone woods, mahogany is on the side and back panels, while the sound board is made of solid spruce. Prewar bracing is made of solid spruce, too. Besides the regular Natural color scheme, Martin made the sunburst available, as well. Both of them come finished in gloss. Bridge is made of solid ebony and it is paired with a 20-fret fingerboard also made of ebony. Solid mahogany neck has dovetail joint and barrell contour on he back side.
