Martin Guitars Vintage Series is a line of models which are oriented towards the search for the perfect blend of historical features from legendary models of the past and modern appointments. 000-28 VS is a non-cutaway model with the body made of solid spruce top and solid rosewood back and sides. It comes in natural gloss finish with multi-ply ivoroid top binding. The bridge on this model is made of solid ebony with white pins. Hardwood neck has a V shape and a dovetail joint positioned at the 12th fret. Ebony fingerboard sports 20 frets and diamond and square position inlays at 5th, 7th and 9th frets. Bone nut 1.8125" wide with scale measuring at 25-1/2" and fingerboard radius being 16 inches. List price is set at $4,599.
