BR-160 12 is one of three twelve-stringed guitars in the Historic series. BR-180 12 is the flagship, BR-140 12 the opening model and BR-160 12 is the intermediate solution. With the price tag of $1,195, this model offers exceptional quality and performance. It comes with a non-cutaway body with fully acoustic construction. Body is made of rosewood back and side panels with the spruce sound board on top. Top panel is equipped with white binding around the edges, tortoise shell pickguard and double circle rosette. Natural color of the wood is the only color option available for this model and it comes finished in high gloss. Bridge section and 20-fret fingerboard are made of rosewood, while the standard neck is made of mahogany. Hardware is plated in gold.
