BR-180 12 is the top twelve-stringer from the Historic series. It comes as a fully acoustic guitar with non-cutaway design.Body of this model is made of rosewood back and sides with spruce sound board on top. Top panel on this model is equipped with series standard appointments, which include abalone & white binding, tortoise shell pickguard and abalone rosette around the sound hole. This model is only available in natural color and it comes finished in high gloss. None of the Historic series twelve-stringers is available with electronics, and there fore, this one is fully acoustic, as well. Bridge section is matched with fingerboard and both come made of ebony. Bridge sports a belly contour, while the fingerboard has 120 frets with abalone inlays. Neck is made of a single piece of mahogany.
