BR-340 is one of the numerous dreadnoughts in the Contemporary series made by Blueridge Guitars. Bluerisge is a sub-brand of SAGA Music and it is dedicated only to the production of the acoustic guitars. Thus, the catalog of this brand ranges all the way from the beginner`s guitars to high end exclusive models which cost several thousands of dollars. BR-340 fits somewhere between the beginner and intermediate level of this brand and it comes with a non-cutaway body made of mahogany back and sides and spruce sound board. Darker variant of the sunburst is this model`s only color option and it is finished in gloss. Bridge and fingerbaord are matched and they both come made of rosewood. Both the saddle on the bridge and nut on the fingerboard are made of bone. Neck is made of mahogany.
