Contemporary Series Acoustic Guitars by Saga
In modern acoustic guitar industry it is almost an impossible task to make and offer a solid-bodied guitar under $1,000. Many brands are pushing the limits and striving to squeeze as much cool features in the under-$1,000 budget, but the solid wood construction is is not to be expected soon. It also goes for Blueridge`s BR-63AS 000 guitar from the contemporary series. To counter the laminated woods, Blueridge does great job on playability and building quality. Body of this sunburst-colored steel-stringer is made of rosewood back and sides and spruce sound board. Scale is 25-1/2" long and vintage styled tuners are plated in chrome. Rosewood bridge has regular belly contour and bone saddle. Mahogany-made neck is topped with a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard.
