DG-250M comes from the Gitane Acoustic series of Selmer-styled guitars. This model is one of the more affordable variants in the series, for it comes with a price tag set at $1,195. For that kind of money, it is surprising how good this guitar sounds and feels. It plays pretty much effortlessly and sounds fantastic. One of the best deals among Selmer guitars. It`s body is made of maple back and sides with spruce sound board on top. Fantastic combo and it`s matched with a maple neck for the consistency of the tone. Bridge section is a two piece. It has a rosewood bridge in the front with a trapezoid tailpiece in the back. Fingferboard matches the bridge and sports 21 frets with dot inlays.
