GC series is a line of fully acoustic steel-stringed guitars made by California-based Taylor Guitars. Models in this series have an extensive list of common features, like non-cutaway grand concert bodies, Taylor tuners, 24-7/8" scales and much, much more. GC6, in particular is the model of middle class in this series, with GC7 and 8 being superior to it. GC6 comes with natural color with a combination of gloss and satin finish. Body of this model is made of maple back and sides, while the top is made of spruce. Top panel is bound in creme and equipped with an elegant rosette around the sound hole. Ebony bridge on this model is matched with a 20-fret ebony fingerboard, which is installed on the hard rock maple neck.
