Hofner`s Green Line series is focused on classical guitars made of sustainable tonewoods and treated with environmentally-friendly lacquer. Locally sourced walnut, maple, and spruce are primary materials used on Green Line models. The current lineup of the Green Line series consists of five Green Line HGL models and a couple of models shared with Master and Limited Editions series. Green Line HGL6 is a full-sized classical guitar, made with a non-cutaway body, 12th fret dovetail neck joint, electronics-free construction, 25-3/5" scale, and vintage styling. Natural (w/gloss finish, gold hardware) is the only available color option. Notable features include laminated acacia back & sides, solid spruce soundboard (AA-grade), solid alder neck, smoked oak fingerboard (19 frets, flat radius), smoked oak bridge, and classical tuning pegs.
