FL2 was designed and developed by Jose Ramirez IV back in the 90`s and today, it is a part of the FL series. FL2 starts off with a non-cutaway body made of solid cypress back and sides and German spruce top. There are no alternative tonewoods offered for this model. FL2 can be ordered completely acoustic or upgraded with conventional electronics and MIDI equipment. Other major features include a classical rosewood bridge and gold-plated tuning pegs.
